When booking an appointment, we ask you please share the following info, which we use to curate your gown selection in advance:

  • your name & pronouns

  • your cell phone number

  • your waist measurement

  • your height

  • budget before alterations

  • wedding date (if set)

  • are you local/can you return to MN for 2-5 alteration appointments?

  • have you (or will you have) tried on any wedding gowns before your appointment at Andrea's Vintage?

Appointment Policies

To prepare…

  • Please allow one hour for your appointment

  • We request everyone wear a mask, please; Andrea is highly immuno-compromised and our space is small, so social distancing is impossible. This is an honor system; please help us protect each other!

  • Please come free of transferable makeup, lipstick, self-tanning products and heavy fragrance. Our gowns are not samples; anything that touches a gown could be there forever

  • We suggest you bring 1-3 people in addition to the bride; we only have 3 chairs, so there isn't room for more guests

  • Please wear/bring the most supportive (with straps!) bra you have, cozy socks, and heels if you are a heel person

  • Expect that many of the gowns in our inventory will not immediately fit you; we custom fit your dress just for you

Our curation

A common question- where do you get your gowns and do you accept gowns? Andrea curates our selection, focusing on high-end, designer, and luxury brands from the past 100 years. We have a large number of gowns in storage that we rotate into the studio, so we typically don’t need to acquire more gowns, but feel free to email andreasvintageandbridal@gmail.com if you’re interested in re-homing a dress.

About our selection…

Our prices typically range approx. $700-$4,200; a small selection of gowns are more and less than this. We accept all credit cards and do not keep cash on premises.

(22”-35” waist measurement)

We have an ongoing commitment to constantly increasing our inventory of true vintage wedding dresses in a diversity of sizes; we strive to accommodate all bodies, within the confines that focusing on only true vintage creates.
